General Meetings

Every month, except January and August

​

• When: 2nd Monday of each month @ 7pm

• Where: Yorkville School.

General Meeting Requirements

​

Youth Members:

• All youth members must sit at the tables closest to the stage. 

• Youth members are encouraged to engage in the meeting and are always welcome to ask questions.

• Youth members need to focus on the meeting and should not be on devices while the meeting is in session.

Parents/Guardians

• Parents are welcome to stay and observe the meeting.

• Parents are asked to remain silent while the meeting is in session. 

  • This allows for a smoother, more productive meeting.

  • Ensures all adults present are setting a good example of how to show respect for others.

  • If you are unable to remain silent while the meeting is in session, we kindly ask that you wait outside.

• Immediately follow General

 

Council Meetings:

• 4th Sunday of each month

• 7:00 pm at Clover Center. 

• All are welcome to join!

 

Racine County 4-H meetings:

• 4th Monday of each month,

• 7:00 PM 

• Location varies: Refer to the county website
